Perfect, Pink and Perky!

I'm 32 years old, and I love Hello Kitty. She's cute, she's got a full product line, and she's drawn without a mouth. What's with that, anyway? Well, my daughter is forced to wear Hello Kitty pink in all seasons, and if they sold HK socks in my size in the dollar section at Target, I'd buy them out in a heartbeat!

Unfortunately, I'm delegated to the role of Hello Kitty Sock Supplier for my little girl.

Well, until my day in the dollar section arrives, I'll live vicariously through the things I can find online. Stop by from time to time to see more cool HK stuff - trivia, products, websites, other lenses - that I can find online and off!

Hello Kitty was born on November 1st, 1974, making her only four years older than me. I suppose that makes me feel better about being a fan. :) She was originally marketed towards seniors, but it wasn't long before they realized that the cute, mouthless kitten had a broader appeal than just 65+.

Well duh! I sorted that out immediately!

When I was growing up, I normally spent my allowance in the Sanrio store (when I was real little I called it the Kitty Kitty store.) Now that I'm older I still love Hello Kitty stuff. It's just so cute and puts me in a good mood.

My daughter is five and agrees with me (thank goodness) - Hello Kitty is a must in every fall wardrobe. When she outgrows one shirt, we need to buy a replacement pronto!
