Naturally Dealing With Depression And Anxiety
Depression is a condition that affects millions of people directly and more indirectly, their family and friends. Depression is often described as a heavy black curtain that comes down over their lives.
Suffering from depression involves the body, mood, and thoughts, they way you eat, sleep and interact with others. The symptoms vary from person to person, but if you are feeling the blues for more than two weeks and the negative symptoms are interfering with your life, you may be clinically depressed.
There are many treatments for depression ranging from counseling to prescriptions drugs. However, many are choosing a more holistic approach that may include supplementing herbs and other natural products to help alleviate their depression.

Do you know that the Columbine shooters and the Virginia Tech shooter were all on FDA approved anti-depressants?
