Can Herpes Be Cured For Good?
Herpes Home Treatment
Before we discuss
Herpes Home Treatment, let's understand treatment from cure.
Currently there is no cure to eliminate Herpes completely. As there are no cures for any viruses.
There are, however, ways you can treat Herpes, and there are things you can do to control your symptoms and outbreaks. Together, let's take a look at your options. There is conventional medication, and there are herpes home remedies.
At some point, you may try many different things, but you can know that herpes is something many people live with day to day, and you are not alone.
What Triggers Genital Herpes?
Genital Herpes is triggered by two main categories:1. PhysicalPhysical factors differ from person to person. Being run-down, suffering from other genital infections (affecting the local skin area), menstruation, drinking a lot of alcohol, exposure of the area to strong sunlight, conditions that make a person immunocompromised (where the body's immune system is not functioning normally), prolonged periods of stress and, more unusually, ultraviolet light, are all factors that can trigger an episode. Friction or damage to the skin, caused by, for example, sexual intercourse, may also lead to a recurrence. In summary, anything that lowers your immune system or causes local injury can trigger recurrences
2. Psyhcological
Recent studies suggest that periods of prolonged stress can cause more frequent recurrences. It is also common to experience stress and anxiety as a result of having recurrences.

Herpes Home Treatment-Gone in 30 Days
Three Simple Herpes Home Treatments to ease discomfort
* SALT BATHS, used to wash the genital area, can clean, soothe and dry the sores. Use 1 teaspoon of salt in 600 ml of water or a handful in a shallow bath.
* PAIN RELIEVERS include simple analgesics (such as aspirin and paracetamol), ice (which can be soothing if applied directly to the sores) and creams with an anaesthetic component. Creams, however, can slow down drying and should therefore be used sparingly and only for pain relief. In addition, topical creams have limited value on moist mucosal surfaces, particularly in women.
* LOOSE UNDERCLOTHES, preferably cotton (not nylon), can help minimize discomfort and allow healing.
While experiencing a recurrence, don't stress. It really makes the symptoms worse. Keep a clear head, and stay positive!

Herpes Home Treatment
Here are some tips on what to do if you are dealing with an outbreak or herpes recurrence.1. Avoid touching your herpes sores and avoid any and all sexual contact from the first onset of symptoms until they have completely cleared up.
2. Frequently wash your hands, especially under the fingernails, throughout the day.
3. Keep your lesions clean and dry.
4. You may want to sprinkle some cornstarch in your underwear to help the area stay dry.
5. Wear cotton or some other type of natural fiber underwear and loose-fitting clothing.
6. Drink lots of water.
