Hershey Park!
For millions of Americans, the name "HERSHEY" means chocolate. The man who started it all, Milton S. Hershey, was also a great humanitarian and philanthropist. In 1905, Milton Hershey built his famous chocolate company in the town known today as Hershey. The actualy Hershey amusement park actually started out as a sanctuary for factory workers. It eventualy built up on scale untill what it is today. An amazing, family fun amusement park.
The Hershey Kiss
Hershey's Kisses were created and put for market in 1907. A myth is that the name comes from an appropriation of a common industry term for a dab of chocolate. However, the "kissing" action by the machines used to make the chocolate is the reason. In a strange court case, hard rock band Kiss filed suit against the Pennsylvania-based company for, what drummer Peter Criss stated "stealing their well-known name." But who cares, led zeppelin is better.
Hershey's Kisses were originally wrapped by hand because no technology existed at the time. Automated wrapping began in 1921. The same automatic wrapping process allowed for the insertion of the distinctive paper "plume," that the company used to guarantee that consumers were getting the genuine Hershey product, rather than an imitation from some other company. This thin paper strip was registered as a company trademark in 1924 and is still used today.
Hershey's Kisses have been produced continuously since 1907, except for the period of time between 1942 and 1949. Rationing of raw materials during World War II made the aluminum foil for the wrappers scarce.

The Roller soaker!
The Roller soaker is just one attraction at Hershey's new Water park as of 2008. The water park itself contains much more fun and thrilling rides, however this one, in my opinion, is the most interesting. The roller soaker isnt a roller coaster exactly. Its more of a game. It features water squirt guns, water sprayers, and spurting geysers. Each rider will be able to actually dump up to four gallons of water on spectators below, whenever they choose, while the spectators can direct huge water sprayers toward the riders, offering a drenching interaction for everyone.
The game, get soaked! :)

- I love Hershey chocolate -- and hope that they return to their old recipes across the board. We gave out lots of this chocolate at Halloween ... when I was in the grocery store buying 6 bags, the lady said 'Oh you are buying the GOOD stuff ... I'll be dropping by YOUR house!' Hershey says the very best ... chocolate!
