    Love Holosync we have been levelling up for some years and use them most nights or mornings. A word of warning to anyone just starting, it will bring out the mental clutter but the great thing is, it also rids you of it! Great article. Cathi x

    I mostly do mindfulness meditaitionbut I have tried biurnal beats a few times and it was very effective. I will have to try what you recommend, this was a great lens!

    I am not familiar with Holosynic Meditation, at least not until now. I do practice a form of meditation called the Silva Method. It has done wonders for me and I cannot speak highly enough for the practice of meditation -- no matter what form you use.

    I have been a Buddhist for 3 years now....
    Much study I have done to learn and apply these techniques to
    my daily life.

    I have meditation Cd's on my site that work very well.
    I have alot of them on my mp3 player.

    I listened to the demo and I gotta say its one of the best binural beats records out there. I used to use a free service, but the truth be told, it sounded like a car engine compared to Holosync and holothink.
