Home Base Business 101

My name is Burton Benjamin I've been involed in Networking Marketing and Home Base Business industry for the past 10 years. Yes, I did have my share of failures in the beginning. I could see the pot of gold at the in of the rainbow but I just couldn't get to it. Not all the pit falls were my fault. After going to the school of Hard Knocks for a while I found out that some of the companies business plans would let you leave the starting gate but you couldn't never reach the finish line.

I decided to make this Primer in hope that I could offer you a few pointers so that you don't get hung up in all the dogma, hype and just plain BS.
Just follow my suggestions listed below and if they match the company you're looking at, than I can almost guarantee you're off to the right start and the rest is up to you.

The following are 12 of the most important items that you should be aware of when looking for a Network Marketing Co.

1. First and Foremost, There must be a 100% money back guarantee at least with a 60, 90 and even 120 days. This should give you enough time to see where you stand. Believe it or not there are legitimate companies out there that will let you take a test drive and if it crashes you get your money back.

2. Don't get involved in ground floor opportunities. The company must have been in the networking business for at least 5 years. Don't worry you haven't missed a thing, there's still plenty of money to be made.

3. The membership fee to join and receive your "How To Business Kit" no more than $50

4. There is always a monthly fee for buying the company's products, which maintains your position in the company. This should be any where from $50 to $100. Remember you are not losing any money your getting product that you can use. You must become the product of the product, how could you sell products without even trying them. The more you know the more successful you'll be.

5. This is the one that separates a few more companies that will drop off this list. There should be No Quotas that have to be met every month. You work at your own speed. Isn't that one of the reasons you got into this business. If they have Quotas I guarantee you'll have a garage full of product.

6. That the business you do in a month rolls over to the next month. You never start from zero any month.

7. To have a product(s) or service(s) that is genuine and appeals to a large segment of the general population. I never knew of any one making big money just selling one item, if the customer doesn't like it you're dead in the water. You can't build residual income without reorders

8. Must have established Customer service lines and support with respect to marketing materials, product information, complaints and of course ordering. This is the backbone of your business.

9. You will start earning income from the moment you sponsor your first person.

10. Should have a simple understandable matrix.

11. Should have a simple payment plan that is accurate and pays out once or twice a month.

12. The business you build is willable.

"WOW!" Can you believe that, it sounds just like my company.

OK here's my short story as you probably figure out already my company has passed these 12 questions with flying colors and so does a few other company's.

I've been with this 23-year old company for almost 10 years I've been making 6 figures for the past 5 years and I know deep down I made the correct decision. Do to our compliance department we are not allowed to mention our company's name until we meet or are asked. I guess you can call us the quiet company.
This does keep our name clean and not slapped on websites, newspapers and telephone poles etc. with the reps making crazy promises.
