First of all, the answer to the question, "Does the Insanity Workout Really Work?HELL YA IT WORKS!!!
In the 60 days since I started the program, I've seen an incredible transformation of my body. I've lost about 9 pounds but more importantly, I've gained some serious definition in my abs as well as the rest of my upper body. But it's not just about how I look but also how I feel.
First of all, I'm really proud of myself for sticking with this intense program for all these weeks. There were definitely times where I felt like quitting%u2026 but I didn't. Secondly, I feel great physically. This is probably the best shape that I've ever been in in my life. Even after these intense daily workouts, I feel like I'm full of energy for life. After Insanity, I feel like I can do anything.
One of the other things that I really liked about Insanity was that I didn't need any other equipment, I didn't need any workout partner other than Shaun T's dvd and I don't need to spend money on a gym membership.
The one drawback for me of the Insanity Workout is that when I workout at home I'm not able to get encouragement from the other people working out with me. Fortunately, though, Shaun T is one of the most motivational coaches that I've ever seen and his constant, positive encouragement was more than enough to keep me pushing hard straight through to the end of each workout routine.
Overall, I think that Insanity is one of the best workout programs available today. Primarily because it delivers serious results in a seriously short period of time. When you buy Insanity you are going to work hard and you are going so see a serious transformation of your body and your energy for life.
P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout program - Review
12 Dynamic Extreme Workout DVDsP90X the extreme home fitness program that can have you ripped in 90 days has 12 dynamic action-packed DVDs at its core. The program is a combination of 3-phase workout and nutrition plan that pulls no punches. This is not for sissies.
Tony Horton of Beach Body fame and creator of the P90x system bases his carefully designed workouts on his theory of Muscle Confusion. Horton hinges each workout on the notion that your muscles must work harder and be engaged in more complex movements in order to work at their maximum potential.
Features of the P90X DVDs
The DVDs guide you through nearly every form of exercise: cardio, core, strength, yoga, martial arts, plyometrics, and stretching. Each is carefully choreographed to ensure each muscle group as you engage it is challenged to its maximum. The moves are not easy, but Horton is expert at enthusiastically encouraging you whether you can do 35 pushups or barely crank out one. Best yet is Horton uses his small workout crew to show you variations on each move so everyone, from novice to pro, can participate.
Each video runs close to 1 full hour, but you spend the first 5 to 10 minutes in a warm-up and the last 5 to 10 in a cool-down, so you're not full-tilt for the entire hour.
The 12 DVDs included in the P90X system:
* Chest and Back is pure grunt pushups and pull-ups in as many ways to do them as you can imagine. You don't even need a chin-up bar to participate. Horton always shows you multiple ways to achieve the exercise goal. In this case you can use an over the door stretch band as substitute for the pull-up bar, which works you out just as well.
* Plyometrics is jump-training. If you've never done this type of workout, fasten your seat belt. This routine gets you airborne and firing all muscle groups. Dynamic.
* Yoga X is intense yoga, included for its agility and nimbleness, as well as relaxation, coordination, and focus.
* Legs and Back is packed with lunge and squat variations til the cows come home. You'll want to sit awhile after this one.
* Kenpo X is one of the most dynamic vids in this set. The routine is a marriage of martial arts-punching, kicking-and cardio. This is a non-stop 40+ mins. plus warm-up and -down. You'll breath hard and sweat like mad.
* Cardio, Core Synergistics, Arms and Shoulders, X Stretch, Back and Biceps, Chest, Shoulder and Triceps, and Ab Ripper X round out the package.
This program has won an intense army of followers many of whom have transformed their bodies and minds in 90 days using this exact system.
Zumba Home Fitness Review!
I AM ADDICTED TO ZUMBA. It beats Fat Blaster goes Latin, Viva Rhythms, Ritmos Latinos, and Cardio dance floor. It's a good, fun workout.TRY IT.. Can't hurt because you can return it in 30 days. I tried VHS and DVD. The DVDs and the VHS are the same, no cool interactive DVD menus, etc.
1) The music and choreography is moderate-complex for the uncoordinated folks-- if you can move your hips, and follow the beat, you CAN DO IT!
2) the instruction tape is 60 minutes and incorporated every step/dance that was in the beginner (28 mins), advanced (60 mins) and rapido (13 mins.) video. The advanced is very fun, compared to the beginner tape,which was pretty modest and toned down. The steps are taught well by a woman, Giselle. She is more focused than Beto.
3) the aeorbics is a really intense low-impact workout. He uses the interval training method to really bring up your heartrate and slow it downl. this is highly effective and smoothly incorporaed well.
4) the video is made up off traditional aeorbics mixed in with tradional moves of : salsa, merengue, cumbia, house, reggae-latin, belly dancing, tango, and flamenco. This is the unique element of ZUMBA; it really makes it fun while giving you the challenge and excitement of learning a new dance. You can do these moves in a club. I can dance latin good, but I'm not latina, I'm Jamaican. So anyone can learn.
5) The music is billingual... and has a strong temp. I love the music.
Rapido tape is 13 mins. It is just Beto, no neon color set, just the band next to him playing while he's doing the routine. The Samba section of this and the advanced tape get your heart rate up fast!

Hey There, So I finally finished going through the entire Turbo Fire workout program and I've got to say, I've never felt better!I don't like boasting, but I just had to post a before and after pic of myself as well, which is on the left of this article just so you don't think I'm lying.
When I looked into buying this program a few months ago I noticed that many of the sites said that you will burn up to 9x more fat than traditional cardio workouts, and help you develop the lean, toned body you've always dreamed of.
Well, I'm here to tell you that I certainly burned alot of fat (can't be 100% sure about 9 times) but I was certainly successful in being able to to tone my abs and the general curves on my body.
