Horse Themed Halloween

Our favorite horse costume is one where it appears that the child is riding a horse. These costumes are usually only available in children's sizes 4 to 10. Pin the Tail on the Horse - You or someone you know can draw a horse on a large poster. The tails can be made in advance or have your guests make them.
