Monday 15th December 2008 is shaping up to be one of the most significant dates in the Man Rock calendar.

Aside from the release of I've Met Jesus, Hot Leg's first ever physical single (available here in the UK or here for everywhere else) the Leg are helping Gibson to launch the new 'Darkfire' guitar at Madame Tussauds with a very short music concert at 9am! Sadly this event is not open to the public.

However, you can catch the Leg at Sister Ray, 34-35 Berwick Street, London W1V 8RP at 1pm. The Leg will be playing 4-5 songs for your listening delight, plus they'll be available to sign your Hot Leg purchases.

The day reaches a climactic finale when they perform yet another music concert at the Gibson offices. There'll be mince pies and other seasonal treats from 6pm 'til 8pm. The performance will begin at 7.30pm but tickets are very limited, so

The Leg shot a video for their Debut Track Trojan Guitar over 1 weekend.

This involved swords, sorcery and sauciness in equal measure.

Fans were asked to charge around in a big field by a castle wielding swords and whatnot?

Justin was after medieval re-enactment types with their own costumes, weapons, vague sense of how to wield stabbing implements etc.

The shoot was in striking distance of London and Fans in the tradition of Medieval War, had to find Their own way there, but Man Rock, massacre and mayhem lay at the end of the journey.

Justin said "We need as big an army as possible for one day and a select few for the other, when we'll be shooting the big fight scene with the band.

Think Frank Miller's 300, with a little Hawk the Slayer and Krull thrown in for good measure."

Prospective combatants were asked to send an email to Justin Hawkins with the following details...

- Availability from Saturday 30th August to Tuesday 2nd September
- A photo of themselves
- A list of any weapons owned that they could bring along.
