Do you rub your eyes when you are tired?
Do your eyes feel exhausted after work?

Your eyes get just as tired as the rest of your body. Millions of people spend a lot of time and money on body exercises, but zero time on keeping their eyes fit.

WHAT?!?
Don't our eyes get enough work just through normal day routine?

You would think so and yet most of us wear glasses, contact lenses, or are thinking about surgery. You might say, "I cannot do anything about vision", and you would be WRONG!

Thousands of people have improved their eyesight through simple specific eye exercises.

Some improve so much that they can throw away their glasses or contacts!

Tension Is One Cause Of Eye Fatigue And Poor Vision

Tension or stress from everyday life can make your body weak and exhausted. This includes the muscles around your eyes. This muscle tension in your eyes needs to be relieved just like the tension you feel in your back or neck muscles.

You can get almost instant back and neck muscle relief with a good massage.

Our eyes need similar attention to help the muscles around the eyes relax.

Try This Simple Eye Exercise.

Clock Rotation

1. Hold your head still and stare straight ahead.
Visualize a large clock in front of you

2. Slowly move your eyes toward the 12 o'clock position and hold for 3 seconds.
Look up as high as you can.

3. Slowly move your eyes back to center position.

4. Slowly move your eyes to the 3 o'clock position and hold for 3 seconds.

5. Slowly move your eyes back to center position.

6. Continue to 6 o'clock, 9 o'clock, and then 12 o'clock in the same manner as steps 1-5.

7. When you reach the 12 o'clock position reverse direction and continue around the clock counterclockwise with the same exercise.

This exercise will strengthen your eye muscles and also help relieve tension.

I did try the exercise. It's an interesting concept. I also have considered Lasik, but would love to hear if this works for you. If so, I am definitely interested.
