How To Do Links In Squidoo Tip #1
One of the things that I use the most is a fantastic lens right here on Squidoo. Check out http://www.squidoo.com/basichtmlI discovered this when I was first trying to figure Squidoo out:-)
It will take you to a great lens that has instructions for all kinds of things. Look for "making a hyperlink". (It should be the third one down in the table of contents).
Click on that and then you will see a code that you can copy and paste into your squidoo lense. I think the best place to use the code is in the text/write module. Below you will find an easy explanation on how to do links in squidoo.
How To Do Links In Squidoo...... Tip #2
Here's how easy it is to do links in Squidoo.You will want to replace the www.domain.com in the code with the affiliate link or web address of where you want to send someone.
Next, you will replace the www.yourdomain.com with whatever you want someone to see. Remember, this will be visible. For example, you can put a domain name or a phrase that you would like someone to click on.
Once you have replaced these two things with your info then click save and you're done! You have a clickable link!
How To Do Links In Squidoo Tip #3
What I like to do on all my links on Squidoo is to make them bold . That way they really show up and people won't miss them.So to do this all you have to do is put the letter b inside this < > and place it at the beginning of your code. You'll find those symbols right above the period and comma on your keyboard :-)
Then put /b inside this < > and place it at the end of your code.
It's that simple! Remember to click save :-) now you are bold!

EasyHyperLinks.com is a great little tool that makes it so easy when needing to know how to do links in Squidoo! It actually does it for you! I was so excited to find this handy little tool!All you do is type in the web address that you would like to link to, then write what you want people to see (this is called anchor text)and then click "construct link"
You'll be given the code so you can copy and paste it right into your Squidoo lens! How easy is that! You'll still need to bold it yourself but the rest is done for you!
