Sign up to one or all the tools above 'n' then join as many traffic exchanges as yer can handle, me recommends about 5 to start with. Rack up some credits in each of the traffic exchanges and then post the Url's on the traffic exchanges and watch yer new followers come in on auto-pilot.

Method #3: Little more work, highly affective:
Sign up to one or all the tools above 'n' then create articles for ezines, blog posts for yer blog, squidoo lenses, hub pages and drive the traffic to yer tools 'n' watch yer followers come flooding in auto-pilot.

TIP: Please do not spam as you will loose credability 'n' followers faster than you can say "shiver me timbers", the whole point of this is to gain more followers, not loose them, everything in moderation... Arrr!

Me joined Twitter (01/02/09) just over 3 months ago (when me published this lens) 'n' me is very happy with me results so far.

Maybe not quite as good as Ashton Kutcher or Barack Obarma or Pete Cashmoore or AdventureGirl as these are famous people or professional business men (women), however for an Savvy pirate like ye or me, these tools work great, grand, fantastic me hearty.
