    I start with a huge donate and purge session. Next, I clean and sometimes paint the area to freshen it up. Third, I buy the necessary organizers needed for the project and install them or I call a custom closet company to install a closet system. Last, I return everything grouped with like items. I color code everything too.

    Special hangers, double rods and accessory holders are part of what I use to organize my closet. Handbag holders are very useful too. Enjoyed reading this page!

    De-clutter your closet. Take out everything from your closet and start labeling your items: keepers and giveaways. It is not healthy to keep items that you no longer use for a long time. Not only do these things clutter your closet but it may also attract bugs and pests into your closet. So instead of keeping them, give them away to charity.

    Underbed storage is the best! I have so much stuff under my bed. I even have those bed risers so I can fit larger items under the bed. Although it does make it hard to get into bed sometimes, lol.

    I'll have to tell my Ma about the color coordinating hangers. She's always getting my brother and dad's clothes mixed up. Thanks for the tip!

    Thanks for this. My problem is that it is hard for me to throw things. I can think of a million reasons why I should keep it.
