The next thing you want to do is concentrate on your wrist movement to control your level and intensity of attack.

With your hand and thumb in playing position try moving your wrist in a circular motion as if you were turning a door knob to open a door. Always remember to keep your wrist loose. Once you have gotten the basic wrist movement down you will need to concentrate on how the thumb will deliver the sound.
