Understanding How To Use Chakra Energy For Better Health
Your body contains seven chakras. Each one of them are essential to your everyday life. The seven chakras are:
1.The Crown Chakra
2.The Third Eye Chakra
3. The Throat Chakra
4. The Heart Chakra
5. The Solar Plexus Chakra
6. The Sacral Chakra
7. The Root Chakra
The Chakras are the centers for our energy. They are the openings for energy to flow in and out from our bodies. The Chakras are associated with our mental, physical, and emotional feelings.
It is important to perform maintenance on our chakras to make sure they are functioning properly. If we neglect our chakras it can result in potential illness and/or directly affect the quality of our lives.

How To Use The Chakra Mantra Meditation Technique
Each chakra is associated with a specific sound these sounds are called "mantras". By chanting the mantra of each chakra, we are able to effectively stimulate each chakra. You can chant these mantra's either mentally or out loud. However for beginners, I recommend starting out chanting them out loud. Muladhara: Root Chakra: LANG (LAM)
Swadhisthana: Sacral Chakra: VANG (VAM)
Manipura: Solar Plexus Chakra: RANG (RAM)
Anahata: Heart Chakra: YANG (YAM)
Vishuddha: Throat Chakra: HANG (HAM)
Ajna: Third Eye Chakra: ONG (OM)
Sahasrara: Crown Chakra: Silence
For beginners, recite each mantra ten times each.
For advanced practitioners, 50 times each.

If Your Really Serious About Learning How To Use Your Chakras
I've spent much of my time trying to figure out the best method to bring out my chakras to their fullest potential. I experimented with all kinds of exercises such as meditation, yoga, and hypnosis. While they did work to a certain extent, the results were not as powerful as I wanted them to be.Thanks to PowerOfChakra.Com I was able to unlock the true power of each chakra and reach a whole new level in my chakra training.
I immediately started to feel a warm calm feeling, and then I noticed a gradual shift of consciousness. It almost felt like a dream, but I was fully awake and aware of my surroundings. When I finally opened my eyes, I started to notice bits of colored light.
After about a minute, the colored lights started to fade away. But this new energy and feeling of complete peace and harmony continues to remain with me.
Find out how i did it, and what method i used at PowerOfChakra.Com

"Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful."
