Each person has a tolerance level for carbohydrates. Some people can manage a high-carb diet while others need a lower level of carbohydrates and substitute this with a slightly higher fat content. You can estimate how many calories you should eat each day by multiplying your bodyweight by 15. This is the ideal calory intake per day to gain muscle and weight.
Make sure you eat a balanced diet. A perfect meal should typical include proteins with a serving of vegetables. Fish or poultry are good sources of proteins.
