Hey guys, if I could just have you stop for a second and read my story, it may or may not sound similar to yours, but as you sit there reading this in your chair, I think you can learn a lot.

I used to be a crazy skinny kid. People would make fun of me and laugh at me all the time. I was not the best at sports, I was not really horrible either though, but still I felt like a moron around girls and some of my stronger friends.

My own health teacher told me that it was just genetics. So I learned to accept the fact that I was "doomed skinny" for life.

3 things you should know about How to Gain weight and muscle fast 

1. Always eat lots of protein! This made the biggest difference in my life. eating the right amounts of protein can increase your muscle mass in ways you never thought possible. Key to getting a manly body.

2.Do not train to much! 3 hours a week is sufficient to gaining to where you need to go.

3. Follow a plan! I see too many people who get a great plan but never stick to it! Make sure that once you get a plan that helps train you on what protein to eat and what weights to lift and how to lift them. Plans are one of the keys to success.

Why I needed to gain muscle weight fast 

My friend

One day me and a bunch of friends decided to go to a beach in California, This group of friends consisted of a lot of cute girls and some guys I used to hang out with.

One of them played a lot of football and some basketball, me and him actually grew up together and used to hang out a lot until a few years back.

Anyway when all of us guys were shirtless, well I felt embarrassed.

My good old buddy there had ribbed six pack abs and a crazy athletic body, its not like he was HUGE but he was definitely muscular, all the girls noticed him right away.

It was depressing for me, I went home ashamed, the girl I was planning on hooking up with was there and barely said a word to me.

I tried working out a lot, lifting weights, going jogging, doing everything my health teacher told me to do.

I didn't seem to change though, I actually seemed to get smaller!

Life seemed ultimately depressing, I gave up on it, I couldn't believe it, I felt like a loser.

I set out to change my life, to no longer be the skinny kid.

For months I lifted daily! I worked hard until I thought I was going to die but kept working.

And it didn't work..It seemed that my health teacher was right I was doomed to be skinny.

A few days later however I found a website about how to gain weight and muscle fast.

I figured I would give it a try, and within 3 weeks I was a lot bigger! I had gained 10 pounds of muscle and a lot of people noticed it too.

I felt a lot better more confident, life just seemed easier.
