Winning back your ex love is the psychological thing. They want to be out of relationship and now they have got it, they are out now. Begging, promising and forcing during every chance you get only makes your ex wish it would all go away.

Most of the time, after the break up, the first thing that comes to their mind is they want to get back together as soon as possible.

What they usually fail to realize is that a break up does not occur out of the blue. Sometimes even one underlying reason may leads to break up. If you never deal with this underlying reason, you could not tackle the root of the problem.

If you show any clinginess towards him he's going to run the other way. but if u acts indifferent about the break up he will probably start to wonder why.

If you have any of his things, then he will start calling and asking for them back. Don't answer his call for the first few times. Then when you think you are ready to see him without freaking out then call him back. Tell him you are sorry that you cannot call him right back as you have been busy (if he asks "busy doing what" avoid tempting answers like "dating your brother" instead talk about school or family).

You tell him and make sure nothing happened to his things and he can come and pick them up. Make any excuse so that he comes to you to get his things. That way he is on your turf and the likeliness of seeing him with another girl, causing you an extreme freak out, is less apt to happen.

Decide a perfect time for him to come. Make sure you are well dressed in his favorite outfit (or a new one that is similar in style), do your hair the way he likes it, buy new make-up, nail polish, perfume...etc to freshen up the image he has of you. Keep your place clean; hide any pictures, letters or gifts that he gave you where you know he won't see them (you don't want him thinking you have set up a "shrine of love" or anything creepy like that!).

When he gets in, BE NICE! When he is ready to go LET HIM! Continue being detached with him.

This is usually enough to get him thinking that you are better then him and that he should not let you go after all. He might not have an ability to be with somebody better than himself again.
