How To Lose 10 Pounds In 3 Days - Is It Worth It?

I am often asked whether it is possible to lose 10 pounds in 3 days.

My answer is yes. It is possible, but I don't recommend it.

The reason why I don't like this kind of rapid and rather extreme process is that it makes it very hard to maintain your current weight and to keep on later on. This kind of drastic measures can have a negative impact on your metabolism and cause it to slow down considerably, making your body burn off calories very very slowly.

This is why I would never recommend to try to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks or longer. Anything less than that is a big risk.

3 Nutrition Tips To Drop 10 Pounds

I want to give you some easy to follow nutrition tips to help you achieve your goals. What you eat is the single most important factor the determines your success or failure, so here goes:

1. You should replace unhealthy snacks with healthier ones - Get rid of the chocolate bars and candy. Eat more fruit. You'll save on calories and sugar and increase your consumption of vitamins and minerals.

2. Don't drink anything with too many calories. Liquid calories count just like solid ones. So, if you're used to drinking coffee with caramel or chocolate, it's time to stop and settle for green tea or water.

3. You need to write down everything that you eat in order to gain control over your nutrition plan and be able to cut out the excess food which you may not even be noticing right now. You can cut down your calorie intake dramatically with this method.
