A lot of people ask me how they can lose 10 pounds. I always reply by asking them how soon they want to do it. Most of the answers I get are 3,4,5 days, a week or 2 weeks. Often I'm shocked at how fast people want to do this. They don't know how hard it can be.

However, I decided to put together this review of ways in which you can lose 10 lbs in 3,4,5 days, a week, or 2 weeks. Some of the measures are drastic, but losing that much weight in such a short time isn't easy. Check out the rest of this webpage to see how you too can drop ten lbs in the shortest possible. 

How To Lose 10 Pounds In 3, 4, Or 5 Days 

Let me start by saying that losing 10 pounds in 3,4, or 5 days is far from easy, but it is possible. However, it may not be the most healthy thing you can do since it requires drastic measures. And your weight loss may not be easy to maintain after a while since it's so dramatic. However, if you have enough will power you can lose 10 pounds in 3 days and maintain it.

Here are 2 suggested courses of action:


  1. Do 3 days of intense physical training and dieting. The best thing you can do is to go on a 3 day hiking and camping trip. The hiking will burn off a lot of energy and the camping will keep you away from junk food and the fridge. You need to be aware that if you're not physically active, don't do this as you may injure yourself.

  2. Go on a juice or detox diet - A juice Diet requires you to drink nothing but juice throughout the 3 day period. This is harsh and you also need to be careful not to use fruit which are rich in sugar. The best juice based detox diet is the master cleanse diet (also known as the Lemonade diet). How to Lose 10 Pounds in a Week is a question I get asked very often. The answer is that this is difficult, but it requires much less drastic measures than to do it in 3,4, or 5 days. The chances of success are slim, but not zero.

It is possible to lose 10 pounds in 7 days by doing a great amount of exercise together with cutting down sugars and carbs out of your diet.

A recommended fitness plan which you can use to try to accomplish this is called Turbulence Training. This program is centered around intense and short training session which can be done at the gym or at home. Turbulence Training was created by Craig Ballantyne, a renowned physical trainer.

Be aware that by exercising and eating much less carbs at the same time, you'll experience tiredness. If you're losing weight towards an event, leave yourself at least 1 day of rest before the event so that you'll be able to enjoy yourself.

Losing 10 pounds in 10 days isn't easiest thing in the world but it can be done. You will have to follow a diet plan and do some exercise.

I recommend using FatLoss4Idiots.com as it states that you can lose 9 lbs. in 11 days. That leaves you with 1 pound short and an extra day, but if you combine this diet with a 30-60 minutes of walking each night for 10 days, it can be done.

Losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks is a reasonable goal which is entirely possible even without drastic measures. It will still require you to be committed, but it will not require you to starve or to workout like mad.

Lose 10 Lbs in 30 Days

In order to lose 10 pounds in a month, you don't really need an expert diet plan. Make sure to cut out of your diet all sugary drinks, fast food, useless carbs, and fried food. Do some physical activity each day like taking a brisk walk for 45-60 minutes.

Be aware that in a month it's very possible to lose more than 10 pounds. If you wish to lose more weight altogether, than use one of the two diet plans I recommended:

Losing 10 pounds in under 2 weeks is very difficult and in some cases may even be unhealthy. Make sure you know what you're doing.

My recommendation is to give yourself at least 2 weeks to burn that much weight.

I am 19 years and weigh 156 pounds. I am only 5 feet so obviously that is a lot for my height. I have trouble sticking to diets because I get discouraged. Now I am serious about losing 50 pounds to be 106 pounds. I want to set a goal to lose 10 pounds every 2 weeks. Do you think this is possible? I cannot do fat loss for idiots because I also cannot afford to right now. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thank you =)

I am 19 and I am 212 lbs. I have been working very hard to lose weight and lost 4 lbs 2 weeks ago. Last week was exam week and did alot of stress eating. I have been going to curves and walking 2 miles everyday and doing weight watchers. Is there anything else that I can do?

hey...im an 18 year old guy that works out on powerlifting 3 days a week. I jog 3-4 days a week for an hour. i just dont have a diet plan and i cant afford to pay for tha fat loss 4 idiots. i am 5'11" and 230lbs. my diet right now is 2 boiled eggs for breakfast, protien shake for meal 2, chicken salad for lunch, protien bar for meal 4, and then chicken salad for dinner. but thats wat i eat every day.....wat do u recommend for a change in diet?

how can i a 12 yr old lose 10 lbs or less in a week or two i go to my school for 10 hours avery day, and i count my calories which is 100 calories each day. I have started that one day ago and now i am starting something else too. To not eat anything only water after six pm is this diet plan going to Work?

Hi I have gained 15 lbs in the last couple of months, I had a back injury and was unable to move around as much. Now I am back to where I was with actvity level,eating the same healthy foods, but I can't lose the weight,any suggestions?what about diet supplements do they work? Thanks

HI. I am 5 feet and 4.5 inches. I am about 120 pounds. I was 109 during summer. But after I gained weight. The weight goes right on my face. Which makes me look chubby. I do have a slim body but a fat face. What do I do? Please suggest something quickily. I had to diet for a year to lose weight.
