How To Lose 10 Pounds In 3, 4, Or 5 Days
Let me start by saying that losing 10 pounds in 3,4, or 5 days is far from easy, but it is possible. However, it may not be the most healthy thing you can do since it requires drastic measures. And your weight loss may not be easy to maintain after a while since it's so dramatic. However, if you have enough will power you can lose 10 pounds in 3 days and maintain it.

- Do 3 days of intense physical training and dieting. The best thing you can do is to go on a 3 day hiking and camping trip. The hiking will burn off a lot of energy and the camping will keep you away from junk food and the fridge. You need to be aware that if you're not physically active, don't do this as you may injure yourself.
- Go on a juice or detox diet - A juice Diet requires you to drink nothing but juice throughout the 3 day period. This is harsh and you also need to be careful not to use fruit which are rich in sugar. The best juice based detox diet is the master cleanse diet (also known as the Lemonade diet). Bear in mind that this weight loss may not be permanent. After you detox your body, it'll be up to you to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
