- Laura, is great that you are so active! That is a really good thing. The reason you are not as thin as you would like to be most likely has to do with your diet. A very balanced diet is the key to being thin. Exercise is important, but without a balanced diet, no amount of exercise can help you.
I recommend you look into some information on balanced diets. That does not mean go and buy some magic diet. Those do not work. My rule of thumb is lots of fruits and vegetables and stay away from fast food! If you do those things, you will be fine!

- well im not overweight, im a dancer, i dont have, fat legs there just not what i want them to be and to be honest i dance all the time, i go up and down the stairs loadz during the day and run at school all the time during games lessons, so why arnt they thinner like i want them to be ???? write back please

- I also think walking's okay, but would going on a treadmill be the same only better because of the incline? Like you raise up the treadmill so your legs get a better workout? Or is it better to go outside so you can feel fresh air and only use a treadmill if you don't want to go outside?
