- Well I am a college Volleyball player and as you may guess we are all legs. Running / walking everyday dose not work; at least not for me. They just seem to bulk up and get bigger. Running is not always the answer

- Although the idea of your lens is great, its misinforming and false. What your lens is suggesting is that our bodies can perform "selective weight loss" which doesn't exist. Our bodies deplete and gain fat in a genetic order/fashion, meaning that some people lose or gain weight starting in different areas of their body according to their genetics.It has NOTHING to do with which part of your body you exercise. Doing leg exercise will NOT rid your thighs of fat, in fact, over time its likely to make them bigger because they'll gain muscle. Same with Abs, buttocks and stomach. Working the muscle groups which are hidden under the layer of fat will do nothing to get rid of the fat.
What id advise anyone to do if their trying to lose fat on their thighs is do proper cardio training. Even then its up to your genetics to see what part of your body loses fat first.
This is something everyone should know, its because of this silly misconception that many people that try to lose weight become demotivated and quit. Why? because they think doing 200 leg squats a day will help them remove fat on their thighs, when in fact it'll make them bigger. Same goes for abs, arms etc.
