Focusing on perfroming correct exercises. You shouldn't be just doing any exercise your coaches or who ever else told you. The main exercise that you should be doing is actually a form of squatting.(I will get into more detail on this!) Why? Because you have to strenghten your legs to jump higher.

You must eat properly! There is a saying you are what you eat. So what you have to realize is that it is true.And eating a cheeseburger or a steak there is a big difference when it comes to improving your jump!

You must have persistence to succeed. What I mean by persistence is performing a certain kind of exercises consistently every day. Perform ONLY the exerices that simply isolate your jump strength. Other types of exercises are useless.
