Break Your Smoking Habit Today, End Cravings Without Weight Gain!
Quote: Thank you for Not Smoking.
Cigarette smoke is the residue of your pleasure.
It contaminates the air, pollutes my hair and clothes, not to mention my lungs.
This takes place without my consent.
I have a pleasure, also.
I like a beer now and then.
The residue of my pleasure is urine.
Would you be annoyed if I stood on a chair and pissed on your head and your clothes without your consent?

- To me, it was quite astounding. I put out my last cigarette in 1987 after a physician told me I had the beginnings of lung damage. I had smoked ferociously, two packs a day, for 22 years.
For the past several months, I have been doing the Personal Peace Procedure with EFT, and have become quite sensitive to my body's energies. Through EFT training I have been aware that much of the energy I have been releasing is related to my lung damage, and with each major release of energy, I usually trigger a coughing spell that goes deeper and deeper into my lungs. I view this as a good thing.

- Great tips on giving up tobacco. And as you point out the stress and discomfort you may feel are well worth it as you feel great after you quit (I should know, it took me 25 years to give it up).

Ghetto Science - Smoking
Most people haven't seen this, but I bet it would help more people understand why smoking isn't a good idea. Filmed in one take and completely produced in under an hour. If you think the results are fake, go ahead and try it yourself. And if you start smoking, you are an absolute idiot. For the record, I'm a smoker. I've quit, but that will never make me a non-smoker. Once you're addicted, you're a smoker for life. All I can do is try to always be a smoker who is not smoking today. The music in the background is Mozart's Requiem Lacrymosa. Anyone know why?
