How To Stop Panic Attacks Now
I am not one to usually write reviews and am very sceptical by nature when reading reviews of any product, but I simply had to share my story with you and I hope that it helps you to stop your panic attacks for good.
I am a successful businessman with my own business and up until five years ago everything was perfect. My home life was great, I enjoyed my work which involves meeting new people each and every day and I also made time to relax. That's why it was such a shock to suffer my first panic attack! I thought this condition only happened to people of a certain disposition, those who were naturally strung out or nervous. How wrong was I?! It happened before a meeting with a new client and I can't explain how or why it started then. I remember walking up to the client's office and having a sudden feeling of unease or like reality had shifted somehow. I can't really explain it, but my breathing became more intense and I had a tight pain across my chest. I really thought I was suffering a heart attack. I sat on a wall outside for a few minutes and called my wife. She came and picked me up immediately and took me straight to the hospital. We were both out of our minds with worry! The tightness across my chest became more intense and I found it so hard to catch my breath. It was the scariest moment of my life and it's true when they say your life flashes before your eyes.
After several tests at the hospital they gave me a clean bill of health, but kept me in overnight for observation. The next morning the doctor came to see me and asked if I was stressed or anxious about anything. He thought I was suffering from a panic disorder and explained that the symptoms could often be confused with a heart attack or breathing difficulties. I learnt that these attacks happened to perfectly healthy people and were totally harmless, but very frightening. I left that hospital just being thankful that I was alive and thought that would be the end of it.
Unfortunately, my next attack hit me a few weeks later and even though I knew what it was this time I had no idea how to deal with it. I ended up shutting myself away in my office so I didn't have to face anyone and cancelling all my appointments. This happened week after week and was beginning to affect my business.
