How To Stop Smoking Fast - The Easy Way

I Feel so very fortunate. For years I wanted to know how to stop smoking fast and end the agony that came with ever effort to stop smoking. I finally did with the Quit Smoking Right Now program. The results were so fast and easy.

For 15 years I felt like I had a rope around my neck. I remember from early on I wanted to quit. But I also had a big influence of why I didn't. You see, both parents and my siblings smoked. I always heard them talk about how difficult it was to quit, how they tried this product and that product with no hope in site of kicking the habit. Without a word, I just assumed, if they can't do it, then maybe I can't either. I felt defeated before I even started.

Here are some ideas for you to consider. I call it a "Fresh Start", try to clear your mind of all the opinions and hype you have heard about quitting.

Be Patient with yourself.

Want to stop smoking for "YOU" not some one else. I don't mean you don't care about some one else I mean do it for you, then it will benefit all those around you.
Too many time we simply lie to ourselves when we say "I'll do it for you", what, we don't think we deserve to quit and have a life so we do it for someone else? Although that is true too many times it seems a bit backwards doesn't it?

Isn't it about time you give to yourself, you take care of you because it's the right thing to do?

You will be surprised when you decide to take matters into your own hands and be 100% responsible for the outcome you will become a more confident and powerful person.

Sure there will be those times of struggle, and you may experience anxiety but take precautions now to prepare for those moments. Get your family involved. If your wife or husband or partner knows you get extremely anxious when you try to quit ask them to help you create a peaceful environment with you. Have some soft music waiting, get the heating pad place it in your lounge chair and sit back while your partner sits behind you to massage your scalp. This gets extra blood flow circulating i the head and around the brain, something it is not used to because of the nicotine.
Make a plan that every time your partner does this for you, you will do the same for them.
Come one it's got to be a win win and what a better way to rekindle the relationship and help you quit smoking at the same time.

Out with the bad and in with the good. You see, you have to completely change what you do and how you do things. Maybe sitting and giving each other time to relax and pamper one another is totally against the way you have been living together but that is just the very thing that will cause your mind to reprogram from your daily habits.

Now would be a good time to write down all the things you've always wanted to do, hobbies, interests, crafts, working in the shop, whatever it is do it. Change your routines and this will help you. You must learn how to quit smoking fast and soon for good. Just change up your life, get creative, be different, challenge yourself to do things that do not allow you to focus on quitting but motivates you and give you that sense of accomplishment.
This makes it much easier, you will be amazed how your life will begin to take on a new meaning. You can expect it!

A New Years Cocktail I Would Not Want To Drink.... but it could save your life!

The New Year brings many hopes of a brighter, healthier and more prosperous year then in the past.

One very big one is to learn how to stop smoking and fast. With perhaps many failed attempts in the past many people would just love to be free from smoking never to touch or desire a cigarette every again.

Well, I wanted to share a little tip with you that may be of some help for those weak willed individuals who fear the withdrawals. I call this a sure fire avoidance to cigarettes.

One point I wish to make; many times we set out to accomplish something without a plan. In respect to quitting smoking we want so desperately to take something away and yet we have nothing to replace it with. Hence the struggle when we want that cigarette but have no back up plan to replace the action of puffing. Here is my solution. All I ask is that you consider it, try it, it cost nothing and just may be the single most important thing you ever do, especially if you are one that fears the constant temptation of picking up another cigarette.

First; get a clear glass jar, a used mayonnaise jar. Remove the lable so you can see through it.
Now empty all your ash trays into the jar. If you have already cleaned house then ask a friend who has not quit yet to save their butts and ashes for you.

Dump them into the jar and add hot water to about half full, put the lid on it and let it sit for a few hours.

Ok so that sounds really horrible right? But it just may become your best friend in this time you're trying to stop.

Here is the plan; every time you "think" you want a cigarette I want you to open the jar take a good look at the contents, even stick your nose in the jar and take a bug whiff.... "seriously " ... now take another big whiff.

Now several things will begin to happen, one is you might feel a bit sick to your stomach but don't let that detour you from your goal. Would you rather keep smoking which could take your life or allow a simple remedy that causes a brief discomfort to assist you in quitting for good?

As you look into the jar relate that appearance to what your lungs probably look like. Trust me it's a real eye opener.

Then allow the disgusting aroma as you smell it replace the desire to light up another cigarette. You see when you take something away it is good to begin to reprogram your mind with something that is not harmful to you.

Most of the time when you quit smoking you are constantly reminded to smoke, I mean think about it, you have programmed your mind and body to do something almost like clockwork. Now it is time to off-set those habits, those patterns. You see it is not more drugs or chemicals you need to stop smoking you just need to use the strongest tool you already possess to your advantage, that is your mind.

Every time you even think you want a cigarette you resist with everything you got and you fight the will to light up again with nothing to replace that action. Well, think of this.... with your new found friend, "that jar of disgusting reminder" of why you should quit is with you to help you over come. So with even the slightest desire to light up again grab the jar open it and repeat the directions. Take a big whiff of that disgusting stuff and allow that action and the smell begin to reprogram your mind that from now on when you want a cigarette you experience something very uncomfortable, something your body, your nose would naturally avoid. Hence re-programming your mind to associate that desire to light up with that disgusting smell. Soon you instead of naturally wanting to reach for that cigarette you are thinking I want to avoid that awful smell. Naturally your mind and body will not associate with the desire to smoke because you have confused it with an action that the body naturally would want to stop. Putting the two together, you WIN!!!

You have just cracked the code and have learned your own form of mind control. Now you can use it to your advantage. It is very powerful and I encourage you to use it consistently.

What we thought impossible not so long ago has revolutionized society. We have become a nation, a world of ultimate possibilities. With such greatest at our finger tips we continue to allow our well being, to be dictated to us as if we have no choice. We have stopped thinking for ourselves. We have become a generation of followers and not doers.

I wish to challenge you today, challenge your thinking, your reasoning. You are reading this hopefully because you want to know how to stop smoking fast. If not perhaps you know and care about someone who does. Either way, it is my dream that you try this on, like shopping for a new coat or sweater, try this on, see how it fits, see how you look. You may not buy the new coat but you can relax and simply try it on. It may be a different style then you're use to, but that's OK, stretch your imagination and try it on. You may be amazed at what comes from it. "How to stop smoking fast", are mere words, doing it is another story. We relate quitting smoking to an agonizing painful experience, but is it really?

Perhaps what hinders us from achieving our goals is the way we view or understand certain aspects when one asks how to quit smoking fast. It can be argued that we have been swayed in our thinking on the subject of nicotine addiction. Would you agree society, media and even so called scientific evidence has caused us to think of nicotine addiction in one way or another and neither being anything very positive at all. Does it cause us to think we are fighting a loosing battle? I guess it depends on which side of the fence you're on.

We make this so complicated, I just want to know how to stop smoking fast, not slow, not over time, but right now, am I asking for too much? We've all heard or read reports from the tobacco industry for most of our lives (if you're old enough to understand what I just said) that smoking was not harmful or "may be" harmful to some. Did our parents consider they may be in the category of "may be" harmful? Then finally the vaults were open and the tobacco industries admitted their knowledge that smoking was indeed harmful and harmful effects were evident.

Today, the message is clear. People with a vision, with enough common sense opened their eyes to see what influence industry and society was having on us.

Because of them we now new inventive ways to stop smoking. Over all these years we have use the power which lies within each of us to conquer this enslaving and torturous habit. Now we know How To Stop Smoking Fast, no questions asked. Simply change your thinking, and believe in yourself.

Smoking is just plain RUDE sometimes.... but a little funny too!

Keep Smoking -OR- Keep Quitting

So, what do you believe? Society, media, and industry has for many years been telling us what they want us to believe. For example, what do we hear in our daily news report? Turn on the TV watch the 10 O'clock news, do we finish are day with the encouragement to go to sleep and awake ready for another glorious day? Did a messanger come to our door annoucing the good news "How To Stop Smoking Fast", NO nothing like that. In fact many people struggle to get up the next day to be faced with only more of the same. Is it no wonder why we think is it so difficult for many to stop smoking? Why do some people seem to quit cold turkey with little or no difficulty and others struggle in an agonizing painful experience? Some people have even been reported to be casual smokers, lighting up when ever they feel like it, not being held captive to cravings.

Where is the good news, the hope, the encouragement? If some would rather die then quit smoking and others never struggle with being a passive smoker, are we missing something? What is the difference between these people? Does one know something the other does not? While some fall into the deep rut of despair others are sitting in their easy chair enjoying life.

For the masses of smokers out there, there is a theory becoming more widely talked about. We either "Keep Smoking" or we "Keep Quitting", think about it, isn't that true? Do we hear more reports on the success of quitting smoking or do we hear more reports of "Oh How Hard It Is? Most everything we read and hear is still the same, we either Keep Smoking or Keep Quitting. Would you agree that very little if anything we hear about is the least bit positive? Who are they kidding, I want to know how to stop smoking and neither of these continuances seem to help me reach my goal. To Keep Smoking or to Keep Quitting is no longer an option, is it?

Have we settled for mere treatments? Why is there always a treatment but never a cure? Come on, I want to challenge you, get you thinking! Keep Smoking or Keep Quitting, those are our options?

Let me jolt your memory some. Years and years ago when there was not much if any controversial issues with smoking, it was quite acceptable. It was the "IN" thing to do. It was a social acceptance much like drinking, dancing, even eating. People went about enjoying themselves.

One by one, over time, reports were appearing in the public arena of the hazards and negative effects smoking was having on individuals. But let's face it, how long did it take before people begin to take these reports seriously? How many people died as a result of not taking these reports seriously? Medical evidence was coming out of the woodwork yet we shrugged it of as if it didn't pertain to us.

Like sheep to the slaughter, generation after generation, we have been told of the life threatening effects of cigarette smoking, while some choose to Keep Smoking, others choose to Keep Quitting and very few actually reach their goal. Are you puzzled by this Keep Smoking/Keep Quitting mindset? Let me bring more light to this concept. While some have a mindset that quitting is too difficult their resolve is to Keep Smoking. Others who are looking for the magic bullet with every new quit smoking product that comes out, little do they know, their resolve is to Keep Quitting. It doesn't quite seem to be the desired result.

You may think this is strange and out of the ordinary, but if you were in the marketing business for the Tobacco Industry or for the Pharmaceutical Industry you would see an incredible opportunity here. It would be clear the marketability of these two mindsets are worth billions. Big industry says, "we can make more money off the consumer if we, One, keep them smoking and/or, Two, keep them quitting". A cure, where's the money in that, why change a good thing? Big Industry has always had the upper hand over the consumer. That's why in advertising markets it is so important to study the psychology of the general public, create test markets, find out what people respond to, in other words find our weaknesses and capitalize on them.

Perhaps the answer is a little deeper in our understanding. Instead of being played like a chess game, let's stand up for what is right, take charge of our own God given ability and stop falling for this industrial garbage tha doesn't give a flip about our well being.
