One way you can help accelerate buring the fat is to incorporate weight training into your workouts. Building muscles will help burn more calories because bigger muscles will require more energy to use. It is really a very simple concept that will help you consume less energy than your body needs allowing you to finally get rid of thos love handles.

Add your new weight training program with a brand new low calorie diet and you will be getting rid of those love handles before you know it. Not only will you be burning more calories through your normal daily activities thanks to your added muscle mass, but also you will be intaking less calories through your new diet.
