Type in traffic possibility;

Dictionary entries;
Advertising with & without TLD;
Is domain Black listed;
Domain age.
Domain's value dependance from TLD
Also, domain's value depends from TLD. Comparing the same exact domain, but different TLDs - most valuable are .com domains, .net domains have 60% of .com domain's value, and .org domains have only 30% of .com domain's value. Other TLDs like .us, .biz, .eu, .info are not so valuable, because of lower demand and scalability.
