    hi ajeet... I have read up the some parts of the articles.. but i don't have more knowledge in HR mangagment.. Bt my friend doing MBA have spoke some basic things... when i read it. . i found that these would be very helpful for my friend. I have sent him the lens link.

    Human power can't be replaced with anything. We can go create robots and humanoids and stuff but we can never replace the human power. That's what it makes it so special. :D
