    I have had blood sugar problems for many many years, was diagnosed with insulin intolerance in 2009, and had gained about 60 extra pounds in the last few years. I coninued to have episodes of blood sugar crashes, (less but not gone) even after being on medication and couldn't seem to lose any weight because of eratic blood sugar episodes that still occured. I found the book "Hunger Free Forever" one day at the library, read it, and starting taking PGX. I was also having a lot of digestive issues (nausea, heartburn, etc.) so I have been taking the PGX that is supplemented with digestive aida. And from my experience it is a wonderful product. My blood sugar is easily controlled with this supplement, my weight is going down, and my digestive issues have almost dissolved.

    Just wanted to drop a line and tell you that I have been taking PGX DAILY now for three weeks, the first week I lost 4 lbs, got motivated to do my exercise program and lost almost 4.5 inches the second week, third week I got on the scales again and had an addoitional 2 lbs gone. I find this product excellent and as for my hunger my appetite is not as big as it was. I only hope that I keep seeing results I struggled with my weight for years now... Thanks

    Fiber is good for diet. It helps to ease the bowel movement. However, does it help to burn fat?

    Some claims that diet pills can be a tool if you combine both the right food and the exercise together to achieve your goal in losing weight.

    I am not sure pills such as illustrated in Phentramine Reviews has any effect on weight loss.
