Using the hydrogen/oxygen gas from the electrolysis inside the engine will increase work efficiency resulting more stable combustion and close to zero emissions. Hydrogen is the greatest Catalyst ! 

Studies at MIT laboratories and other research institutes indicates that a Hydrogen enhanced engine could work at lean regime with increased combustion stability, resulting in net efficiency increase of 42% or more, plus: more horse-power.
To increase efficiency of your engine it is possible to construct a device called Hydrogen Gas Saver that preforms on-board electrolysis and produces a mix of hydrogen / oxygen gas. This gas is sucked into the engine and as a result the engine works more smoothly and less fuel is required to operate efficiently. In this case we will use hydrogen not as a power source but as a catalyst to the existing power source.

Introduction 

This device was planed and designed by me (Not a new invention just new design) to achieve maximum mileage without overload the car's battery and without heating the cell to dangerous temperature.
The device designed with two things in mind:
It uses engine's vacuum line and engine air inlet line to produce water vapor and inject it to the cylinders of the engine. Result: up to 16% MPG improvement without powering the cell at all.
It produces gas composed of 2/3 hydrogen an 1/3 oxygen from a mix of water and electrolyte. This gas is mixed inside the engine with the fuel and air and improve combustion. I got almost 64% overall MPG improvement.

So how do i produce this Hydrogen? 

To produce hydrogen inside your car, you need to construct a simple device called a Hydrogen gas saver. This device uses electricity from the alternator (not too much) to produce Hydrogen / Oxygen gas (often called HHO) in efficient manner so that not too much energy is wasted on the electrolysis but the benefits are more grater than expanses.
In my design all the parts are cheap and available to all:
The base of this device will be a water filter housing.
All the electrodes made from standard Stainless steel wall plates.
All other materials can be easily obtain in hardware store near your house or on line.

The heart of the device: Stainless steel wall plates 

The heart of the hydrogen gas saver is an array of wall plates placed parallel to each other. This formation maximizes the ratio between production and electrical energy input. The plates held by a plastic bolts and isolated from each other by PVC washers.
One wall plate looks like this:

How to connect the device to the car? 

After building the device the next task is to inject the HHO output into the engine.
To do this a split in the output is needed: part of the output will enter through the engine's air intake and part of the gas will enter through the vacuum line of the engine. Air intake is good for high RPM and vacuum is good for low RPM like idling.

How to turn the water into the needed electrolyte? 

I built the Hydrogen gas saver, but how do i adjust the electrolyte to work properly with the device?

This is the million dollar question but the answer isn't so hard: the electrolyte is a mix of Koh with distilled water in the right amounts. To get the right amount of Koh in the water connect car's battery in a row with Ampere-meter and the hydrogen gas saver and add KOH until the meter shows no more then 6 amp.

Connecting the Hydrogen Gas Saver to the battery. 


While in normal operation, the device consumes between 5 and 15 Amp's of current.
For safety reasons we want to wire the device in such way that the It will auto turn on and auto turn off (to never be forgotten). To do this we must wire the device to the switch but there is an obstacle: we do not want to overload the switch and the existing wires with 15 AMP's. The solution is simple: to use an relay which connected to the key switch and used to switch the power to the hydrogen device on and off. In that way the Hydrogen gas saver is connected to the battery via new, dedicated wires and the signal is turned on and off according to the key switch.

After building the Hydrogen Gas Saver, how to increase the engine efficiency? 

Building the Hydrogen Gas Saver is only the first step. To save fuel you need to tune up your car for low fuel consumption. When adding hydrogen to combustion process, less fuel is needed to operate and the amount of fuel need to be reduced. If the fuel level isn't changed the whole process is worthless and no mileage will be gained.
This can be done using different methods like oxygen sensor spacer and EFIE.
