My "I can't stop eating" episodes mostly happen at night. I am normally pretty good throughout the day while I am at work, but when I get home, then bam, I start nibbling. My routine is to prepare supper as soon as I arrive at home, eat my meal then be finished, but I can't stop eating after that. Either I will add more portions on my plate or start munching on all kind of junk food after that.
