IPL Mumbai - Facts About IPL Mumbai Team
IPL Mumbai team is owned by Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries.IPL Mumbai franchise was won for a whopping 111.9 million dollars by the Reliance Group.
IPL Mumbai will have Sachin Tendulkar, a IPL Icon Player as the most likely non-playing captain of the team.
IPL Mumbai will play 14 League matches against all the other 7 IPL teams. As the highest bidder it has earned the right to host the semi-finals and finals of the IPL twenty-20 series.
Reliance will have the rights to the IPL Mumbai team for the next 10 years.
IPL Mumbai team will have 16 players drawn from International players, national players and under-22 players.
The catchment area for the national and under-22 players are the following - Mumbai, Maharashtra and Vidarbha Cricket Association.
