It's about time that people realize that if their eating habits do not change they are sure to die very soon. There are many benefits of healthy eating i-e it helps in weight loss, acts like a medicine which boosts your immune system to fend of various diseases, your body is provided with more energy because of it and it makes you look fresher and younger.

Nutritious Fruits

We have been blessed with a variety of fruits which provide our bodies with necessary vitamins yet we tend to ignore the various benefits of fruits. Few of the fruits that you should include in your everyday diet are:

Watermelon

Watermelon is surely a delicious fruit with many benefits. This fruit has lycopene present inside it which reduces the hazard of cancer and heart problems. This nutritious fruit also has a decent source of vitamin C and B1. It contains minerals such as potassium and magnesium which strengthens the immune system.

Avocado

This fruit is one of the most nutritious gifts nature has provided us with. Avocados consist of more than 25 necessary vitamins and minerals. This fruit helps in controlling the cholesterol level in the body and also prevents breast and prostate cancer. You will find it full of vitamin A, B, C and E and also is among the few healthy fruits which comprise of mono saturated fats.

Raspberries

Rich in vitamin C raspberries are amongst the healthiest of fruits. They are high in antioxidant like most berries preventing all bladder problems and help you see more clearly. Whilst making healthy food choices this fruit cannot be ignored.

Vegetables are the ultimate source of fiber and antioxidants which are very important for the human body. They are low in calorie and are good for weight loss. I have listed here few of the most nutritious vegetables which you should include in your everyday diet:

Carrots

I love both but eat more veges. Can't beat a big salad with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, a squeeze of lemon and cracked pepper. Sometimes the kids have a competition to see who can find the most different veges chopped through the salad. Fun and yum!

Hmmm... I love both. I really enjoy fruits and make sure I have my daily intake of Vitamin C, but meals would not be complete without veggies, and we do eat plenty of them in the UK.

    I heard kiwi fruit are just about the most nutritious food known to man. I'm not 100% sure this is true, but I only got one wrong answer on your quiz, so I must know something. Good lens.

    According to a study the sweet potato has a tendency to absorb harmful gasses if not done properly due to which you can suffer from food poisoning.
