Rob developed his interest in nutrition while studying for his Bachelor of Science in Virginia in 1993. While studying, he had the opportunity to join the Universities division 1 foot ball team and had the privilege of undergoing training with one of the top five nominated fitness coaches in 1993 for both professional and university sports. He became fascinated by how you could change the size and shape of your body with a customized nutrition and fitness program designed around your unique needs.


Rob decided to pursue this discovery that quickly turned into his primary focus, by joining the ranks of an international health and weight loss company as an independent weight loss consultant. This was a tremendous experience that continued to increase his passion for nutrition. Rob had one issue with this type of program. It was a set regimen that you fit the person into, instead of taking each individuals different and unique weight-loss needs into consideration. They had a one size fits all program. Rob did not believe that that this type of program was the way weight-loss programs should be designed.


Rob's belief has always been that "no two people are alike therefore no two people lose weight the same way". . Because of this he left this company and dedicated himself to studying nutrition and weight-loss and how different foods affect the body differently for different people.


Rob has since gone on to study and attain his Certification in Sports Nutrition. He has as well studied numerous weight-loss, nutrition, fitness and health programs, along with a multitude of other nutritional based courses which he has used to design a unique weight-loss program that is customized around the individual nutritional needs of the client.


This custom tailored program is designed around you to maximize your body's unique weight-loss capabilities and has been proven to be highly effective to reach clients individual weight loss goals time and time again.


Rob's interest is to help you gain confidence in yourself, gain respect for the person you know you can be, and gain a lifestyle that will turn you into a confident new person by, losing... losing those pounds that are unneeded and unwanted.
