Now when I first starting out to increase vertical jump, my first thought was 'is it really possible'?

I mean, people I know can dunk and can get some mad crazy air, so obviously it was possible to have mad hops, but I always thought genetics had something to do with it and I was just born without the ability.

So, my quesion now was if I could actually go from having no hops to then having hops.

Through all the information I came accross I found that it wasn't just possible, it was damn right achievable, and it has been, as long as I followed the right formula, which I have.
