Whoa. This is me. I've had these things happen frequently. Now I know what's up with me-I frequently feel like I'm an old soul and don't belong in this world. I thought there was something up with me but this lens opened my eyes, so to speak. Like other Indigos, I had a horrible childhood-I was mistreated, bullied, and even abused. I'm also really good at reading people and I have had predictions come true. Thanks again for the interesting lens. :)

I do not think it is a phenomenon. Rather I think people are accepting what has always been. I spend a lot of time with intuitive people and their personalities are as varied as anyone else's! I do know it has been a way of life for the native people for thousands of years. It is good, though, that more and more people are comfortable writing about this! The more comfortable people become with it, the more they will listen to their hearts and come to a deeper understanding.

im experiencing all the symptons of an Indigo...it is amazing on how spirituality and faith, science, religion all play a big part. I am very confused but the changes have been like a roller coaster. All I ask is for strength for what lies ahead.
  • susangale Apr 2, 2011 @ 11:46 pm | delete
Farrah, just a thought... when we ask for strength, what we usually get are situations that require our strength so that we develop it... yikes!

I know about indigo children from the Kryon books of which I went to one of the lectures in person. I don't know what I think of it however as we all reincarnate, so some children are not any more special than others plus we become the children again when we reincarnate. I am not okay with anger from my children whether they were to be indigo or not. This was an interesting lens.

I've never really connected with the Indigo child concept, although I believe there are children who are born spiritually aware. I enjoyed this lens a lot and took the Aura Test. Amazingly my highest color was indigo with violet and lavender coming in second. Thanks for raising my awareness about inidgo children and myself! 5*

Interesting! I was expecting something on the Tuareg people, proof that we discover something new everyday. That's the first time I hear about these indigo child.

I had someone just recently tell me that they thought I and my husband were indigos. I had no idea what they meant until now.

You've done a great job of explaining these terms.

I don't know yet, but a lot of the Indigo traits ring true to me...I'll have to read more!
    Thanks for this great information!
    Peace!
