    Very useful information and a wonderful introduction to the business development tool. I am in the market for a process mapping software and so far I have found one software that I like the most, and that is ProcessModel it features process simulation which many of the software in the market lack.

    O sure some real time idea and tool can be inspiration of business. If we have no analytical evidence for profitability how we can encourage business.
