Children's art as inspiration
View Sherry Holder Hunt's work
I had a hard time choosing which of Sherry's designs to feature here, she has so many heartwarming artworks!Children in the age of 4 or 5 usually have a vivid imagination and the connection to animals and the spirit world is a lot easier than lateron in life. Sherry's work takes you right into this fantasy world, where you can talk with the most interesting beings ... I like the way she worked out her excellent drawings as well as her fabulous use of colors.

On wings ...
View Jessica Rose's work.
Butterflies are a very powerful image. It is known from the concentration camps in Germany that children drew butterflies on the wall. Also people in coma seem to have a relationship with the image of a butterfly. They appear to be the symbol of living without a body, of being free ... Jessica Rose has captures a lot of different species of butterflies on her camera, one image even more stunning than the other ... There is so much beauty in this physical world ...To see more of Jessica's inspiring work view her Artwanted gallery.

Inspiration from childhood memories
View Charlotte Rossmann's work.
Art for and through children is usually very colorful and this outstanding artwork by Charlotte Rossmann is no exception. It brings out a joyful feeling and reminds us of the things we used to like as a child. I encourage you to check out all of Charlotte's work since it is very profound and at the same time a source of great inspiration and joy.4/13/2008
