This is perhaps the most prestigious intelligence journal in print. It publishes classified and unclassifed articles. The unclassified articles are available at the link above.

The International Studies Association has been around for quite awhile and holds a conference each year. This link takes you to a wide variety of National Security and Law Enforcement academic papers.
Intelligence And National Security
From the Website: "Intelligence and National Security breaks the silence surrounding the secret world of intelligence. Readers gain insight into the contemporary functions of intelligence and its influence of foreign policy and national security. Articles on the historical background of intelligence present the complete picture of its origins and development. Experts on international strategy and the use of intelligence in war, together with cryptanalysts and others who were actively involved in intelligence work for many years offer new evidence on political incidents in recent history."

Other Publications

Eye Spy
Eye Spy bills itself as the world's leading newstand publication on intelligence. Given that it is probably the world's only newstnad publication on intelligence, this is not difficult. Despite that fact, it is often worth the read if only for the "gossip".
2005 International Conference On Intelligence Analysis Proceedings
Sponsored by Mitre Corporation in May, 2005, the conference generated a number of academic papers on Intelligence Analysis. While many are technical in nature there is a very broad selection available. This is a particularly useful resource for researchers interested in the state of the art in intel analysis or who are in the process of writing a literature review.
Kent's Imperative
This blog is all about intelligence analysis, the art, the science and the literature. It is still in its infancy and offers limited opportunity to comment but it seems well worth following.
Indexes And Archives Of Studies In Intelligence
This is an easy to navigate list of all of the Studies In Intelligence articles. Great for researchers.

Intelligence Studies Colleges and Universities

I have only listed those colleges and universities with degree programs in intelligence studies. There are too many schools to list all those that teach only one or two courses in intelligence. I have also left out degree programs in related fields (such as security studies) unless the program contains a large proportion of intelligence related classes.
Mercyhurst College
4 year Bachelors in Intelligence Studies (resident)
2 year Masters in Applied Intelligence (resident, online planned)
3 course Graduate Certificates in Intelligence Analysis, Counterintelligence, Terrorism and Law Enforcement Intelligence (resident and online)
Focus: National Security, Law Enforcement and Business Intelligence

This program has been around for 14 years and currently boasts 283 resident intel studies students. The online (distance learning) program is new but growing. This is the oldest and best known privately funded intel studies program in the world (Really. No BS). If it seems like I am proud of the place, I am -- I work there.
The Joint Military Intelligence College
1 year undergraduate degree completion program (resident)
1 year Masters in Science of Strategic Intelligence (resident)
Focus: National Security Intelligence

JMIC is only open to employees of the US Government and a security clearance is required. Around since 1963, the College is located in Bolling Air Force Base in Washington DC and is affiliated with the Defense Intelligence Agency.
Notre Dame College
4 year Bachelors in History with an emphasis in Intelligence Analysis and Research
Focus: National Security and Business Intelligence

Notre Dame College's program is in its first year. Located in Cleveland, the College offers a complete curriculum in intel studies to its history majors.
Johns Hopkins Masters In Science In Intelligence Studies
Johns Hopkins now offers a Masters In Science In Intelligence Studies through their School of Professional Studies in Business And Education. It is a 2 year curriculum of 14 courses.
Tennessee State University
TSU is apparently launching an undergraduate Intel Studies program though this news release is all that is currently available about the program online.
