Help With Building Your MLM Network Marketing Home Internet Business
The Internet is rapidly changing how all businesses now market, and to market effectively on the Internet you must have the right tools. Listed below are resources for Internet Marketing tools that I have found useful. Some are free and some will cost you a few dollars.
All businesses have operating expenses, and your business is no different. The key is to learn how to monetize your marketing so that you actually make money from your marketing. The resources below can be helpful to any type of business that wants to market on the Internet.
Most network marketers think that the first thing they will need is a website. Eventually you will want your own website, but there are several things you will want to do first. As a side note: the "cookie cutter" website that your company gave you is the last website you want to try promoting on the Internet.
The Internet is a very Big Place, with millions upon millions of websites, blogs, search engines, directories and other strange entities. How will people find you? You must make your presence known by quantity and quality of content.
1. Articles: This is an excellent way of getting known on the Internet. When you write articles people look at you as the expert, and you are just by the fact that you took the time to do a little research and write the article. Most of your articles only need be about 300 words long, about 2 hand-written pages long.
2. Article Submission: Once you have written your articles you need to submit them to an article directory. I have found two excellent services that can make this chore much easier.
AffSphere is an article directory that awards you advertising credits for each article you submit. There is no cost to register.
BAMM (Badass Article Marketing Method) submits your article to the top 20 article directories and also shows you how to get thousands of backlinks from your articles.
Social Article Sites: These are sites where you can post your articles without having to have someone review them. They are immediately available on the Internet and you can go back and make additions or changes to them anytime, you have complete control over your articles. Here are 3 popular sites; Squidoo, Hubpages, and Qassia.
3. Videos: This is another popular way of Internet promotion. MySpace and YouTube have made it very easy to upload videos to the Internet. While it's true that the majority of them look very "Homemade", that is part of their appeal - anyone can do it. If you want your videos to standout in the crowd take a look at Animato, you can make professional looking videos for free or very little cost.
4. Blogs: This is a great way to get your content on the Internet. Blogs are Web Journals that you can update as often as you like. Blogs make it possible for your readers to get to know you and interact with you. I use SquareSpace simply because it is very easy to use. Blogs are also a good way to keep your organization informed about the latest events.
5. Autoresponders: If you are going to grow your business over the Internet, you need to stay in touch with your prospects. An autoresponder allows you to send regular e-mails to your prospects automatically. Building an e-mail list is key to your long term success!
6. Social Networking: Sites like Twitter and Facebook are the Internets equivalent of a social club. You don't need to spend much time there, but they help you keep in touch with other members.
7. Miscellaneous Resources: Here are a few other resources that can be helpful in your marketing efforts.
