The funny thing is that you usually never see a fat bald Japanese man. This is because the iodine from the seaweed helps keep their thyroids working. This keeps their metabolism up and their hair from falling out. Some other things that you are going to find iodine in is seafood, lima beans, eggs, and even potatoes.

Iodine and hair loss have been linked together for quite some time. The lack of iodine in the body, however, is gong to lead to more problems than just hair loss.
