From the lens I am: Jack C. Lee.

  • dier1 Apr 19, 2011 @ 6:36 pm | delete
Mr. Jack C. Lee you inspire me. I am a southpaw and I wouldn't have it any other way. But I've always wondered what triggered me to begin to use my left hand and not my right. Maybe this book will give me some insight.

Hi John, I was doing a search for the saying "...liberal by 20, conserv. by... 40 ", you know the one, when I stumbled across your blog. You have a very interesting past. One your surely very proud of and should be. I like your thoughts. I've not read your site entirely, what is the book Fred refers to you wrote?

I have a small website I've played with, nothing special at all. Your welcome to check it out when you have time.

    www.geocities.com/rwr6179

Just fyi, after believing early in the year Mr. Obama sounded like a very sincere man with good ideas, then listening to all points of views and doing lots of research, I was wrong. So I will not be voting for B.Obama. I luv how strong Palin came out, but am concerned she needs to step it up..and soon. Hannity did a poor interview of her asking her leading questions basically. Still, she has more honor and sincerity in her little finger than the other ticket.

    Best in ALL

Hey Jack, just wanted to know who you are planning on voting for in this upcoming election and why?
  • jackclee Sep 2, 2008 @ 8:32 am | delete
Fred, I am not in total agreement with Rush or Bill as you imply but I am a fan. They are conservative commentators that are presenting news and commentary unabashed in an entertaining format. I do watch others for balance but what disturbs me is how some news anchors portray themseleves as balanced politically and yet they skew the news far left...

    Hello Jack,
I really appreciate you writing a book about core conservative beliefs. I hope that you also look at the other sides of the issues (the side that rush, bill and fox news refrains from showing you). I am a conservative myself but I tend to disagree with Bill and Rush alot. Heh once again tanks for your insight. Heh whooooo i wrote alot.
  • jackclee Aug 30, 2008 @ 7:50 am | delete
    John,
I'm glad you read my book. It is OK to disagree. That is what's so great about our country. I look forward to reading your book. I just finished an article on my college fencing coach. It will be published in the fall issue of CCNY Alumnus magazine.

    Hi John Ridge again
Yes, i hope we fence again too. I was recently looking through your book common sense of a conservative. I respect your point of view, but have to say i do not agree with any of it. I'm actually working on a book too, though its not yet complete. It will be a fiction novel about a boy named Jimmy who goes to fight in iraq and tragically is killed. Well Ha! i must just be talking on and on, but anyway nice to talk to you.

    From,
    John Ridge

Hello, My name is Johnathan Ridge

Ben, I guess I am in a different stage of my fencing career. I was more intense when I was in college team. Now I am just doing it for fun and exercise. No one likes to loose but part of the fun is competing. I enjoy a good bout even if I loose but knowing I tried my best...

    Hello Jack,
I recently quit fencing because I felt that it was too stressful to keep myself at the top of my game. You seem like you have alot of fun with with fencing, how do you do this? Don't you think its just not fun when you lose?
  • jackclee Aug 7, 2008 @ 10:22 am | delete

hey jack, i fence at mission and at north shore fencing clubs. You know its fun and all but there mostly kids fencing there and I need to fence people who are more my age. You know what I mean? Here in Long Island everythings real dull. I should come down to westchester one of these days and fence some real fencers. Maybe ill take a couple lessons as well, any good coaches there? Just give me a date and we'll get together for lunch or dinner or sumtin. who know's. Whooooo, well i sure wrote alot here, message back soon.
  • jackclee Jul 24, 2008 @ 9:05 pm | delete
Atilla, In response to your request, where do you fence? which club? and what weapon?
I fence epee at the FAW here in Westchester and I also go down to the NY Fencer's club occasionally. If you like, come by our club and we can practice.
    -Jack
  • atilla lukacs Jul 24, 2008 @ 7:25 pm | delete
Im a fencer as well. Congrats on your accomplishments. I think that with a little practice you can someday pass my amazing abilities. maybe we can meet up one day and practice together. I need the practice cause my club sucks. I dont have many friends so maybe we can have dinner and stuff like friends do. I also like ice cream so if you want we do that too.

Olirom, I don't spend that much time on Squidoo. In the beginning when I was learning, I spent about 3 hours per day on average. Now, I spend perhaps one hour a day. I am just very efficient in creating lens. I sleep 7 hours a day.
