Jahorina ski & resort center

Jahorina is located in the central part of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is situated in the Dinaric mountain range %u010Cvrsnica, Prenj, Bjelasnica, Treskavica and Zelengore. Jahorina massive length is 30 kilometers. The highest peak is Ogorjelica (1916 meters).

The Jahorina, formerly known as the incredible beauty of the mountains, has a bloom that is associated with the XIV Olympic Games in Sarajevo (1984). For it was held in the female part of the alpine ski program.

The tourism winter season, depending on the snow precipitation, usually starts from 15 December and lasts until April 15.

Having skiers on more than 20 km groomed trails for alpine skiing linked to four lifts and four ski - lifts (one of them is the "baby" ski-lift). The total capacity of 7,500 skiers per hour, more modern ski school, ski service and ski rentals. Visitors are welcome to ski in the night on bright, well lit tracks.

The Jahorina the world skiing federation verified three competitive paths (slalom, giant slalom and downhill), which meet the requirements for international competitions.
