My Cinnamon Apple Baked Beans Recipe is my most requested recipe by family members and friends. I often take it to potluck dinners, as well as serve it at home for a family dinner.

My Vegetarian Lasagna recipe is super easy to make since it doesn't require boiling the noodles. When you taste the final product, you'd never guess the noodles hadn't been boiled at all! Although I often serve this dish for special company, it makes a great "everyday" family dinner too! We really love it!

Minestrone Soup. Wow...how much I love this soup!

Baked Vegetarian Egg Rolls. You've really gotta try 'em!

Corn, Bean, and Avocado Salsa is another one of our family favorites!

My latest vegetarian page, Eat Fat To Burn Fat, is about the Rosedale Diet. The Rosedale Diet is a no-grain, no sugar, high healthy fat diet, created by Dr. Ron Rosedale. The diet is about eating healthy fats, such as olive oil, nuts, and avocados, in order to burn body fat and reduce your risk of many common health diseases! I'm feeling fabulous on this diet and improving my health at the same time! My "Eat Fat To Burn Fat" page also includes a collection of some of the wonderful recipes I've tried while enjoying this diet!

Crepe Central is the "Home Page" of my four crepe lenses. It has several crepe making and storing tips to help your experience with crepe making be even easier, more enjoyable and fun!

The majority of my crepe recipes are divided between my other two crepe lenses: Savory Lunch and Dinner Crepes, and Breakfast and Dessert Crepes.

In June of 2008, my family had the experience of going to Europe for three wonderful weeks! I've created three lenses about the trip so far (Manarola Italy, Venice, and Rothenburg Germany) and plan on creating more, so if that's something that interest you, please check back soon!
