I first fell in love with Ms. Hudson when she was belting out amazing notes on American Idol. I was one of the would be viewers who couldn't for the life of me figure out how she could have been voted off. I still can't. She was so much better than many of the singers that stayed behind. I have since lost interest in American Idol but not JHud.
This lens is dedicated to singer (and Academy Award winning actress) Jennifer Hudson.

Jennifer Kate Hudson (born September 12, 1981) is an American actress and singer.
She first gained notice as one of the finalists on the third season of the FOX television series American Idol. She went on to star as Effie White in the 2006 motion picture musical Dreamgirls for which she won numerous awards including an Academy Award, a Golden Globe, a BAFTA, and a SAG Award. Hudson is also one of few actresses who has won all four major movie awards.
