Jillian's popularity and success sky rocketed after her role as a strength and life coach for on "The Biggest Loser". Under the guidance of Jillian, several overweight contestants would watch their body's transform week after week. The tactics and methods used on the show have been made available to the general public via the Jillian Michaels website.

Jillian condones the use of supplements such as nuphedrine as they do not address the root cause of obesity.

Science.
The "Science"portion of the program is designed to find the menu and meal plan for the dieters specified body type. Over 100 recipes are also included.

Sweat.
The "Sweat" portion of the program contains printable exercises that can be performed at home, cardio exercises, and fitness diary.
