I have kept a journal all my adult life. My journals help me clear my head when crud happens, help me identify goals and objectives, and quite often fuel my creative and problem-solving engines. I cannot imagine living without a journal.

Cool looking journals. I haven't used a journal in a long time, but I do use a day planner. They're a great help with jotting down any ideas you have through the day and making sure everything gets down. Great work with this lens!
