What a fascinating lens! I've book-marked it, and am going to try and follow in your footsteps. I'd love to be a Giant Squid, but it takes me so long to create a lens.... I think it's going to be a while lol. Thanks for sharing this information - it's a treasure trove for me. Blessed. :)

As a brand new Giant 25 (so glad they changed the criteria as it has taken me two years to get THIS far...LOL), I truly enjoyed your 'journey' to Giant. I've been a fan of your Squidoo site for ages, so was delighted to discover you being featured by BevsPaper today!
  • BevsPaper Oct 9, 2011 @ 10:42 pm | delete
This is one of the very best "about me" and Giant Squid journeys that I have read! You made me laugh and yet I could empathize and sympathize. Wonderful just danged wonderful! Sprinkling some Angel Dust while I am here.

Very interesting and cute reading. I have seen your name around in several places, and find it very intriguing to get to know you through your lenses! I hope to become a Giant Squid one day - I am halfway there - and am taking my time - Rocket Moms challenges sure help! I'm starting to see a chain of who I am by the lenses I choose to write. I have several more of yours earmarked to read! Thanks for sharing about yourself!
  • aesta1 Jun 10, 2010 @ 12:16 am | delete
I am just taking baby steps in HTML so I want to be proficient in creating lenses before I respond to the invitation. Thanks for sharing your experience. Maybe, in September when I have finished moving and settling once again, I will take up the challenge. This is very helpful.

SoyCandleLover-Maker visited a lens of mine from here and she reminded me of it. I have wanted to come back here and read what I missed, and so now I have and this is just absolutely amazing. So, I 'm blessing it again as one of my last blessings...tomorrow my wings will be gone. I am so proud of you and amazed by what you have accomplished. You will make your goal, I'm certain of that! Congrats!

Wish I could give you 5 stars again, but did add to my Angel Blessed lensography. Hoping to join you soon at RocketMoms and in my quest for Giant Squid. :D
