I bought the Jugs Lite-Flite Pitching machine for a High School Baseeball Team for winter indoor practice, for Christmas. The Coaches are happy with the machines capabilities and saving our pitchers arms. They stated the machine does every pitch they want it to, and throws an 85 mph curve. They were impressed by the price I paid, and I couldn't believe the excellent shape the box arrived in, considering the weight. Great machine so far; Used it about (6) times. Softball as well as baseball. Easy to set up. My son is 9 yrs has gotten too old to use real baseballs in the backyard and this machine was the perfect solution. Make sure you buy at least (2) dozen of the Lite Flight balls. I like the fact that balls are not pitched in the exact spot every time but hit most spots a regular strike zone. His hitting has improved as well as his bunting. Practice is the key.

We wanted to get a decent home pitching machine that would pitch strikes fairly consistenly. After trying two other pitching machines, we finally decided to pay a little more and get the Jugs Lite Flite. It was definitely worth the extra $70. My eight and ten year olds love it. It will pitch the Jugs lite foam balls (baseballs or softballs). You don't have to worry about them getting hurt on an inside pitch b/c of the feel of the ball. We think this was money well spent. If you're deciding between this and other pitching machines that are under $350, I would go with this one for sure!
