Favorite Kandee Johnson Tips & Products
Kandee Johnson is a professional make-up artist for film, print and tv. When she's not on set working she posts how-to videos on YouTube, has two blogs, runs Glaminars (make-up seminars), keeps up with her Facebook and Twitter accounts, and is also a single mom.
Of all my YouTube subscriptions kandeejohnson's channel has to be my favorite. I think it was around New Years that I first found her, and I'm not even sure how I stumbled on her videos, but I know as soon as I did I started watching all of them. She has such a bubbly personality and seems so positive. She talks about make-up of course, but she also makes it so we get to know her. She feels like a friend.
I've compiled some of my favorite Kandee Tips; how to apply flawless foundation, how to use makeup to make your eyes look larger, cheap ways to pamper your skin, and how to get super white teeth, and show you some of the specific products that she uses.

Flawless Foundation
How to get cheap, flawless, fast, foundation with drugstore brand products.
Kandee recommends L'Oreal true match super-blendable makeup and even uses it in her own make-up kit for her work with celebrities. In her opinion L'Oreal products offer the same quality as high end products. Her tip is to use two different shades of foundation; a light shade that matches the lighter tone of your neck, and another that's much darker for contouring.
For her skin tone she uses Natural Beige W4 (a warm tone), and Cappuccino N8 (a neutral).

Kandee worked at an orthodontists office for a bit and learned some great tricks.
Instead of paying hundreds of dollars for custom whitening trays you can make your own for under $5. Buy a pair of sports mouth guards that you heat and mold to your teeth, and voila, custom trays. As for the bleach, Kandee recommends Plus White 5 Minute Speed Whitening Gel. It has the same ingredients as products that dentist use. If you don't have much time you can use this while you are in the shower.
