The advantage of natural fabrics is that they easily absorb the mothers and the child's smell, as well as matching the temperature. All Keptin-Jr's toys are produced in an environmentally friendly way. Many of the toys retain the unaltered, original color of the fabric used. Colored toys have been bleached without chlorine and are colored with a responsible, non-metal dye.
The design of Keptin-Jr. is based on a baby's development. The child's creativity and imagination are stimulated by the simple design of each toy. Interestingly, the design of some of Keptin-Jr.'s toys are based on children's drawings. All babies chew their toys, so with that in mind, Keptin-Jr's soft toys were designed with durable fabrics, reinforced stitching and no small parts.

Where's the Face?
The Keptin-Jr "Cozy" & "Zmooz" dolls do not have faces. The "Toddels" do have faces. There is something for everyone.
Why don't some dolls have faces? This is to allow the child to create their own face based on their own imagination. The doll can smile, can be sad, can be comforting...whatever the child would like. Isn't that great? Some people think so. Others are a little "creeped out." (Hence, Toddels to the rescue).
